filed an appeal to keep Sean
in Brazil.

Short voted not to approve
an emergency appropriation
to cover $550,000 in medical

result the measure did not
pass because in order to pass
the resolution, the five-member
committee needed four
affirmative votes.
RED BANK - Detectives
from the Monmouth County
Prosecutor's Office and the
Red Bank police department
last week arrested five borough
residents after a search
of the westside home being
used by them allegedly
revealed a cache of illegal
drugs and cash.

That was the question posed
by several residents at the
Monmouth Beach Commission
meeting of Thursday, Dec. 17,
who complained there was a
menorah in front of Borough
Hall but no manger.
