VNACJ Awards Nursing Scholarships To Area HS Students
RED BANK - Each year Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey awards scholarships to New Jersey high school students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Nursing. The scholarships were awarded to three local area students during this year's VNACJ Nurses' Day ceremonies held at PNC Arts Center in Holmdel.
The scholarship recipients were Joseanne Dura, Jennifer Kline and Christina Necci. Joseanne Dura is a resident of Howell, graduating from Freehold Township High School. Miss Dura has been admitted to Rutgers College of Nursing in New Brunswick. Jennifer Kline, a resident of Middletown is graduating from Middletown High School North and will be attending Saint Mary's College School of Nursing in Notre Dame, Indiana. Christina Necci resides in Old Bridge and attends Red Bank Catholic High School. Miss Necci has been accepted at Fairfield University School of Nursing in Fairfield, Connecticut. VNACJ has awarded student scholarships annually since 1996.
